The whole pulverized coal preparation process starts with raw coal feeding. Raw coal is screened and de-ironed before being stored temporarily in the raw coal silo, and then fed into the main coal mill.

Coal grinding and drying is the core section of the production line. Hot air generated by the hot-blast stove enters the mill under the negative pressure of the system fan and fully exchanges heat with raw coal, realizing drying simultaneously with grinding. The coal powder is carried by airflow to the classifier for separation. Oversized coarse powder falls back onto the grinding table for re-grinding, while qualified pulverized coal is conveyed with airflow to the explosion-proof dust collector for collection and finally delivered into the pulverized coal silo.
